    I'm writing to ask for support with a transaction with Dappz Sports Breaks through the TikTok shop. Dappz Sports sells Sports cards and opens packs/boxes of cards live on TikTok. On March 4th 2025, I ordered a "Hit Locker" for $124.99 through the TikTok shop from Dappz Sports Breaks. They opened the box I had purchased live on their channel and 2 great autographed cards were inside (****** ****/**** ****). The cards apparently disappeared and they don't have them to send me now. The solution they have offered to me is $300 in shop credit to have "a shot" at another good box of cards. I feel like this is a deceptive practice what they're trying to do here. I'm a sports card collector and not in this for any type of business. I was very excited to have opened those cards from the box I purchased. These same 2 cards are available online for $350 plus shipping. I think it would be fair for Dappz to replace these cards with the exact same cards that are available on ****. I do not want a shop credit that is below value and would just be to have "a shot" (as they called) at getting the same valued cards. I really just want the cards that were opened live on their channel. The full video from Dappz Sports Breaks on March 4th is available on "Twitch". Thanks for any support or advise you can offer.

    I paid for a product then was listed on there website. I have contacted them after 3 months regarding my purchase, they advise me that payment was received an that the product that I purchased sports cards have been lost they are not sure what happen to the cards I got them to open on a live stream for everyone to watch. And in this case the cards that got open ended up being of a high vale. That's why I believe that dapps sports never sent them .

    Company did not send all product paid for.Attempted to contact customer service via email since it is the only avenue for customer service. No response for 2 months.Finally respond and acted like I was being a pain for wanting what I paid for.

    I got in some card breaks and have not received a few items prior. I let this go but this last break got a *************** card not show up again deciding I had enough and file a complaint.
