    "My Health Perspectives" is a survey platform that I have an account with and have very much enjoyed for several months. I fill out surveys and they pay a small amount for me doing so. In early August, I was very happy to participate in a 5 day survey about my "Care giving" for my blind, disabled wife. I was required to make daily entries as well as submit a video each day. The reward for me completing the 5 day survey was to be ****** points=$100. After initial difficulty submitting my videos because of a problem on their end, I fully completed all the requirements. That made me eligible to do a home interview for an additional ****** points (original invitation said *******). I never received any notification if I qualified for the inhome interview. I waited about 10 days for my ****** points to be added to my account. I already had **** points in my account and was going to cash in the ****** points. I didn't receive the ****** points so sent an email to Moderator ******. She responded that "incentives will be released this week when we finish our study". Waited again about a week and had to reply. On Monday, they send out their weekly survey called "Monday Musings". I got mine as usual. But, when I went to complete survey, was unable to. Said "based on my responses, the survey wouldn't be relevant..." I waited to the next Monday and had same thing happen. Sent several emails asking why, with no reply. Have sent about 10 emails to moderator with no reply. Cannot access my account. Cannot access the $110 that they owe me. Very perplexed why I am now blocked from my account with no explanation. I loved the platform! Now they blocked me. I'd like to get my $110 and continue on the platform. Can you help? Thank you.
