    This company has called my cellphone many, many times, even though I am on the Do Not Call list. I have attempted to resolve the matter by emailing them back, and even called them back as well. Not only have my attempts been ignored, the company has called me several MORE times, trying to sell me their tax service. At this point, I need to speak to their attorney or legal representation to resolve this. Simply "removing my number" will not suffice. They can reach me at the above email address. Otherwise, my next step will be legal action.

    Our Records indicate that the individual's number was not on the do not call list as all of our leads are scrubbed at least twice against the DNC list as well as the opt in marking material before our sales teams ever dials out. Our records also indicated that we dialed out only two times to the individual. Please note that after we reviewing the recording that the sales rep apologized to the individual immediately upon the individual notifying our sales rep of the fact that their number was on the Federal DNC list.

    Our Sales manager received a call from Mr. ******** on our main line, after Mr.***** shared his situation about his wife receiving multiple calls from our company, our Sales manager apologized to Mr.***** as well and ensured that his wife's number would not be called from our company again.

    Our number has been on the Federal Do Not Call List for well over two years. I can provide proof of that fact if needed. I have done a fair amount of research on this matter, and have discovered that it is not isolated to just our phone, but several other consumers have the same complaint. The ONLY way this matter will be resolved, is by the company having it's attorney or legal representative contact me to discuss a resolution. If that does not happen, we are already in the process of interviewing an attorney that specializes in TCPA matters, and will seek legal remedy as allowed by Federal Law. We have been more than patient in this matter, and feel that it is fairly disrespectful that it took a complaint to the *** to even get a response from the company, despite several emails. I have been assured of my legal standing on this matter by a legal expert, and will take whatever legal steps are needed to resolve it, as illegal telemarketing is absolutely prohibited in my household.
