    Hello,I signed a contract on 08/15/2024 with *** (**** ******) to publish my translated book.I Prepaid the Invoice dated 08/21/2024 for $1,500.00, paid on 08/21/2024 *********** time zone After several painful months working with them, the stop communicating with me. I asked several times for them to fulfil their contractual obligations but to no avail. They kept bouncing me from one person to the next but never completed their tasks as described by them in their contract. I have attached the list of tasks from their contract with my comments on delivery.They finally published my book in February 2025, but after accessing the Amazon KDP portal, I discovered that they published three formats and each was a different version and/or the wrong hardcover format. They had not complete the book description, author's page and use the wrong categories. There was no way for ****** to index the book in their search engine for proper listing. The book could not be found unless you knew the author's name or the ***** This was extremely poor execution.I am asking for your assistance to get a full refund to cover the additional expenses I incurred to fix the translated version, the formatting, to recreate all masters and republish the book without their assistance.Attachments: contractual obligations included in the ***, invoice, email with additional commitments.

    I paid $2,000 for a book and the product has not been delivered. The company has ghosted me, not responding to me, etc. Attached are copies of the emails where they are not responding. LITERALLY they are ignoring me. How is it fair / right that I pay $2,000 and they are not delivering the product?

    I hired Ghost Writers' Avenue in 2023 to help me finish my autobiography. I paid them in increments of $200 up to the last few months they were working on my manuscript for a total of $800. They had many working on my book which made me think they had a huge employee turnover. My book was to be finished in January of 2024, but all of a sudden, they disappeared. They didn't answer my phone calls or emails. So I'm sitting with a manuscript 3/4 finished and no GWA. I wrote them, called them no answer. I contacted my AG and he contacted them and they promised to make it right. They promised to return $500 to me and I would remove my reviews. That was back in June. Here it is in September and nothing yet. I'm trying to decide how I wish to handle this company as it truly is a scam and will leave you high and dry if you hire them. All I wanted was to finish my autobiography before I leave this world, but they couldn't even finish it. So, whatever you do, don't hire this group or you will be sorry. Thank you for listening to me.

    On May 9th, 2022, I agreed to purchase 10 hard cover books ( A book that I wrote) printed and shipped to me. As of today, August 23, 2022, I have still not received them. The company, Ghost Writers Ave, is located in Los Angeles and I am in Nashville, TN. Ghost Writers keeps telling me that the books have been printed and FEDEX has them. Ghost Writers will not give me a tracking number or any other information for me to track the books which I believe have not even been printed yet. I simply want my money back.
