    Ive had 18 inch glass piece for a few months and i love it! Very thick and tough glass perfect for my household of clumsy people and pets lol. You definitely get what you pay for with this product. Highly recommend!

    My review is extremely premature in that I'm waiting on the delivery of my 1st TANK. My purchase and sales experience is all I can comment on thus far. Good people to deal with. The sales dude pulled some *************** out of his bag and dropped them in my lap.. top. Couldn't resist a chance to own the best if the best .. or so I hear.. will update this review if needed.. if I don't.. that means my overall experience with tank glass was sublime ..

    I happy very happy to leave a 5 star review for this company. I purchased the 18 inch glass piece and the shatter proof stem and bowl separately. (awesome yall are selling a bundle deal, I didn't see it but now am telling friends). 1st this glass piece is BEAUTIFULLY made. It's truly a statement in itself. You get what you pay! The product came right on time. I was given email and text updates from LIVE people. They reconfirmed the address when it didn't show up in their system and even sent alerts when it was delivered, not only to make sure I got it but also so that they knew I was happy with the product. If customer service and quality isn't enough of a selling point, the packaging while of course nice was incredibly sturdy. Shipping a glass piece across the country comes at risks but not when you see how well it's packaged. I will definitely 100% be a repeat customer! Again yes it's more expensive than the 100 glass you get at your local shop but it's 10x better in every way. Support this amazing American based business with pride knowing your getting the best of the best!

    Quality product and excellent customer service is what I received. I had an issue with my order that was my own mistake and Tank Glass corrected my mistake without hesitation.     Review after three month use It is what I expected to see, a prime product. Feels strong, acceptable weight for avoid a percentage of drop, the mouthpiece area feels different vs the markets on bong, more comfortable and a good size thinking for all type of mouth. Bong feels prime. Should consider in the future making small portable smoking pipe with the same quality. A grinder with the quality of the titanium pieces and colabs with this high grade ******* with other products on the market. Thanks again and keep the good work. ??

    ****% customer satisfaction! They really make sure their customers are taken care of and very quick to reply with support issues. Product is top tier quality, Ive had my base for well over 5 years and I cant say that about competitors or other bases Ive had in the past holding up like this one has!

    Tank glass exceeded my expectations. I have only had my piece for a short time. However, I have zero doubt as to the quality. I think it would take actual effort to break it. The craftspeople at tank glass are top notch. The client support and satisfaction team is best of the best. This is exactly what I hope for when interacting with a hometown business and not the corporate store. Thank you for providing me with a quality product that actually equals the cost. I'm so tired of overpaying for poor products and services. I will be a return customer for sure.

    I've had my tank for a few years now and I love it. I've broken many glass pieces in my time and this one has withstood everything I have put it through. Keep in mind, when I bought it, I was told to test its strength however I see fit, so I did! I threw it across the room, hammered a nail, and have dropped it on many occasions. The only thing that ever broke was the bowl and stem and it was super easy to order new ones! **************** was super easy to get along with and the owners are friendly and always happy to help solve a problem! Thanks Tank Glass for making a piece that can finally withstand me!

    Absolutely trash ,I bought one during the hight of the pandemic and it broke within a week, they refused to refund or replace product and only offered a discount on a new one...avoid at all costs

    I am so happy for finding tank glass that is the only way I will consume my medication I have always used expensive glass and there is nothing worse than when you lose your gllass from something as simple as cleaning it tank glass has taken quality craftsmanship and durability and combined them into the best glass piece I have ever used and I can also vouch for there durability for I accidentally dropped it in my sink while cleaning it, and it bounced back into my hand so thank you very much thank glass is the best **** *******
