    I've been scammed. Idk if there's a way to get my $ back. I contacted cashapp, followed the instructions. I can't contact the bank until it "clears"

    On 02/23/2023 I ordered 6 cartons of cigarettes from CheapCartonCigarettes and sent 2 payments $135 + $27 total $162 - On 03/03/2023 they emailed me and asked for more money for insurance coverage in three amounts $600, $400 or $200 - they suggest you use the $600 I realize its a scam so haven't sent anything but they have my $162 - can anything be done?Thank you

    On December 6, 2022 I purchased cigarettes online for a Xma's present to my husband. The company is called Cheapcartoncigarettes - ********************************* Then, they emailed me this "**URGENT** PENDING INSURANCE COVERAGE - CCC777024", and ask for more money. So I canceled the purchase and was confirmed that I would be refunded (see below, copied from my email) On Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 07:05:43 AM PST, cheapcarton cigarettes <********************************> wrote: Refund takes 14 business days to process according to our return and refund policy so we'll refund your money in full after 14 business days if that's what you prefer.     SCAMMERS I was I wouldve read the reviews before I ordered. They got my money and then requested insurance payment when I told them I didnt believe them and requested my money they ghosted me. I tried their online chat never got a response. Please stay away from this site before you learn the same ****** I did. 02/26/2023

    I purchased 4 cartons marlboro smooth cigarettes sending company $135.00 by ***** to a ***** account that was given to me. Once I texted them on their website as to why I had not received the shipment I was told that the ***** I had been given was incorrect! So they gave me another email to resend payment and because I had not the full amount left to spend, I sent $100.00 to the new ***** account given to me. Now both times the funds were removed out of my account but company said they never received funds? However because I was new customer they would send me the 3 cartons for $100.00. I then received notification that my "shipment" was being held in ******* awaiting me to pay a "insurance" fee?? I asked company they said they didnt know there was a fee imposed?? However if i wanted shipment I needed to pay them the insurance fee of $200 which again I did by *****. Now the company will not respond to me at all after several attempts to contact them for help. I would like the BBB to help me get all my money back from this company and find out if they continually do this to other customers??
