    I would like to report Trademark Counter for providing trademark related assistance that is fraudulent. They claim to help businesses register the trademark for their business name. I first contacted them in Nov 2021 to see if my business name was available to be trademarked. They ran a clearance report and informed me that I could apply for the trademark - that cost was $49. At that time I decided to move forward with the application and have them assist me with it. I was then charged $1050 for the application - they told me it was $350 per classification of the trademark. I was then charged $400 for legal services for the "trademark application" - they said it was an IP attorney service required by ***** examiner. No legal services were ever provided. Lastly, they harassed me for payment of $1017 for the "trademark registration" which was forged. Every charge comes from a random "merchant name" that have no tie back to the company name of Trademark Counter. Noted below are the 'payment merchants' that the charges have been under:- BRAND TRADE M - BEETRADEM ******** ** - SYNTAXAUTOMATION ************ - DESIGN WIRE PRO - ************ While Trademark Counter finally provided me with the 'official registration certificate' the ***** website still shows that my application is awaiting examination. The final "trademark registration" certificate I received is forged. I contacted the ***** directly and received written confirmation from them stating "You are correct that the Registration Certificate that has been provided to you is a forgery." *********** is not listed on LinkedIn in any capacity, and when you search 'trademark counter' on ******* the results under the website show no information available for this website.

    I am a small business owner looking for help filing a trademark for my brand. I reached out to TradeMark Counter for assistance with the application. I was scammed out of $2,197.00, as shown in the attached invoice below. In addition, they are now trying to scam me out of an extra $1271 for a USPTO final clearance which is not part of the trademarked process because it does not exist. The research they provided was not exclusive to attorneys, which they claimed to me and charged me $149. TradeMark Counter notified me that the cost to file my application would be $1449 because of the four classes I have at $350 each. However, after speaking to USPTO today, my application only cost $350 because I have a single class which would be "goods/services." In the file titled "fraud research + invoice," you can see the breakdown of the four product classes TradeMark Counter charged me. Finally, the $599 application maintenance was explained to me as a publication fee for USPTO Trademark ***************** During my call today with USPTO, I was informed that there was no additional cost for this application step. I was also notified that it is highly likely that my trademark application will be terminated due to fraud and will forfeit any application cost. I hope you are able to aid me in receiving my directed resolution and prevent any other small business owners from getting scammed by this organization.
