    Attached you will find a copy of the letter I submitted to *************************** facility director regarding my mom, who is currently a resident. She had a trigeminal neuralgia decompression surgery and a stroke a few months ago. On April 9, 2024, my mother had an appointment with her neurosurgeon. Transportation for this appointment was handled by RIDESAFE MEDTRANS. My mom who is in a wheelchair and my 83-year-old dad, who is her caregiver, did not arrive at her appointment because according to RIDESAFE MEDTRANS, they had been given the wrong address (********************************************************************************************************************. When trying to explain to the driver he was at the wrong location, he said that he was at the correct address and that he couldnt do anything about it. My parents got dropped off not just at the wrong address that supposedly they had in their file, but in a parking lot belonging to a *** office located at *********************************. RIDESAFE MEDTRANS, placed my parents in ***** way. Fortunately, someone was walking by and stepped in to help; I was able to speak with her regarding their location. RIDESAFE MEDTRANS, clearly acted without compassion, care, and respect towards my parents. This event has led us to think how many senior citizens have been placed in danger by this company. Pictures of my parents stranded at the *** parking lot are available upon request. Thank you.

    To whomever it may concern,

    After reviewing this complaint internally, it seems that our (Medtrans ***** address was used in affiliation with Ridesafe Medtrans. The nature of this complaint did not include any personnel from Medtrans **** a separate company from Ridesafe Medtrans.

    Please let me know how Medtrans **** name can be removed from this claim.
