    My dog fell off a 2nd story balcony onto cement & was in critical condition. I took my dog to Affordable Animal Hospital Eagle Rock on May 1, 2025 to get ******************* and the vet ****** ********* DVM suggested to also do an ultrasound & send the X-rays to a specialist. I was told all of the testing including bloodwork, X-rays, ultrasound would be done in house at the vet ********** would hear back from them the next day May 2, 2025. The vet never called me so I called them on May 2, 2025 only to have them tell me they would not have any results until Tuesday May 6. This is unacceptable due to my dog's critical & painful condition. I received an irrelevant unofficial summary about his liver May 6 after I repeatedly requested results. When I confronted them about the X-rays, bloodwork, ultrasound, & specialist they said they did not have results back. I did not receive official blood results until Wednesday May 7 an entire week later, & the vet never did call me to go over it. I never did get official results from the specialist (X-rays) or ultra sound, just a commentary email from the vet. My dog passed away before the test results came in & he was suffering. I was waiting for the test results to see how to treat him properly. If I would have known they were going to take a week to get test results back, I never would have gone there. The same day that they sent me test results (May 7, 2025) they also sent me an email saying that they are terminating service with me. They falsely accused me of threatening them and creating an unsafe work environment when that is a complete lie. I never received the official results from the lab for the ultrasound or specialist, that I paid extra for, or the X-rays. I emailed the doctor and told him to call me which he never did. Instead they terminated service with me. I asked for a full refund for the mishandling of this & they never responded. I am asking for a full refund of $1,155.58 that they charged me.

    I took my dog on 07-18-2022 to these Vet, **** vefore and I been told to bring my pet, ********************************************* they told me to bring my pet and going too resolve the problem, and going to charge $65.00 I'm not allow to see the Vet and not to enter in the office, they going to call me back when ready, after an hour call me and by phone tolme she needs labs an so an so, when I get there, surprise have to pay $447.00 . I think it was not necessary but take advantage of my ignorance and my age. My dog is fine the mass disappeared, and the Vet never give me a call to explained what's my dog's condition 😢 ( I been told not to call or go.,Vet goin to call me)
