AVOID THIS CLINIC!!!I came here to get my dog's vaccinations because money has been a little tighter and they seemed to be lower cost care than VetCo but that is NOT the case.Upon my first visit, I discovered they recently added a policy to charge $10 for a walk-in fee even though you can't make an appointment for vaccinations. I figured that's fine the shots are still cheaper than VetCo. After waiting for hours it was finally our turn and the nurse brought my dog back for his vaccinations (you're not allowed to go back there with your dog). She came back and said the vet would not perform all the vaccinations in one session (VetCo never had a problem with this) and that I'd need to come back for 1 of them which means paying the $10 fee for another visit. On the second visit, I waited over 2 hours. When the nurse came out I asked about heart worm medication. She said I'd need to get a heart worm test for an additional charge. I asked if that would include a prescription if he passed and she went inside to confirm with the vet and returned and said yes it would and that I could list them on a site like chewy.com to order the medication. So I agreed to the extra charge. When I got the bill the heart worm test was more expensive than VetCo's and my total visit including the walk-in fee cost about the same as the VetCo visit would have been except at ***** I would have not had the 2hr+ wait.I tried to order the heart worm meds, the clinic denied it. After trying to get a hold of them by phone which is impossible (you have to leave a message and hope they call you back) I was told that in order to get the prescription I we'd need to come back for an exam at an additional charge. I explained to the person on the phone that the nurse had told me they would provide it if he passed the heart worm test and even confirmed that with the vet. The person on the phone said they would talk to the clinic and call back and they never did.Absolutely WILL NOT go back here!
