I took my dog to this establishment where **************** informed me of three choices too help my pet. I could only go with the most affordable choice, the next day after my dog was seen at this facility he vomits blood, and his body is going into shock and he is slowly passing away in their clinic. Before I brought my boy too this place, he was not in the state that we took him home from their facility. Doctors kept saying they strongly recommended a hospital stay, which is untrue because if that was the only choice they should not have offered me an option for take home medicine which was of no use as my dog died the next day. Quality of life was spoken too me about my pet but it was not specified a time span for him. I am very upset that I had hope my dog was going too live a little longer, when bringing my dog into there facility the day he was vomitting blood from his mouth the doctors stated they were unsure what happened and it could have been because of his diagnosis. They had no sympathy about my pet dying the next day. They just kept recommending more hospital stay and more treatments ..

Pay $250 for a brief and what turned out to be a totally incorrect diagnosis. The treatment she recommended was so extreme (remove body parts) and expensive I had to get another opinion (but they still charged me $250 for a brief vet check with no X-rays or anything besides just eyeballing my dog. Thank GOD I got a second opinion because not only was the diagnosis wrong but even if it was correct the price is thousands less than what LAASER quoted me. Honestly this clinic is not ethical or have anything other money in their minds. Hoping my experience will prevent others from standing any money or endangering their loved ones in this shady place masquerading as a specialist vet. Scummy really.

I took my dog into this horrible establishment because he was very ill and couldn't even keep his head up. The first day we brought him in, they suggested an **** but stated that his belly wasn't bloated, just to be sure, we did blood work and everything came back normal and they stated it could be an upset stomach/gastro issues. He proceeded to vomit and not eat anything and we took him back a day later. They kept him in a cage for 10 HOURS, no water, no food and finally did an x-ray which according to them, was clean and there were no findings. They released him and sent him home with medication. One of the assistants literally tackled my corgi to give him medication with a syringe (awful) and when he came home, he couldn't eat or drink anything and looked like he was slowly passing away. We called them back that evening expressing our concerns and one of their assistants was so rude! They blamed me for not hospitalizing my dog because I couldn't afford it, and hung up on me. The following morning, we had to take him to another hospital and thank God we did because it turns out, he had a bowel obstruction and it was a life or death situation. This whole thing could have been taken care of sooner than letting the animal suffer for that long. This establishment was beyond negligent, all they cared for was money, payment and NOTHING ELSE. They worsened the situation by not being attentive to what was happening and even being able to read an x ray report. This establishment should have no right to run a business like this! Those poor animals.

This was perhaps the worst experience I've had at a business, let alone a medical institution. I was charged the $1,000 critical care deposit three times. The next day, there was nobody on site who could review my $3,100 bill (which included some inexplicable line items such as "in-house transfer consultation") with me upon pick-up. I waited around and was told a manager would call me that day. Three days later, I'm still waiting on a call. In the meantime, I had to take my dog to a different ER just hours after picking him up from LAASER and spend another $3,000 in emergency care. This has been a nightmare. Avoid LAASER at all costs.
