      Didn't receive my item and was accused of theft. Asked to speak to a manager and didn't even receive an apology. Eas told once they find the item if returned, then and inky then they will give me a 30 day free trial.

      If i could give them Zero stars i would but let me tell my experience. I signed up with them and got my first game fine and it worked and everything i ended up keeping it. The next game i got was FFXVI for PS5 and it didnt work. I ended up buying a digital copy and sending the nonworking game back. I tried everything: cleaning, restarting, clearing cache and whatnot in safemode. But it would not work no matter what. The same day i cancelled Gamefly is the day i sent the game back. Early last month i think. Now just a few days ago I Recieved another copy of the game and today an email because I couldn't return it in time. How do I return something I don't have? You cannot put this on me. They basically robbed me at this point. I sent multiple emails to support which they never responded too (BTW replacement FFXVI was sent after i cancelled the acount so). Honestly how they haven't been sued yet amazes me. I tried it out because my parents used it years ago. It was a lot better then but now it seems they have gone down the drain along with the 50 bucks or so for the game I DID NOT ASK THEM TO SEND! Definitely would not recommend for any reason unless you like getting robbed the go ahead and try it I suppose. Another thing they do is if it doesnt arrive in time they suggest to wait a certain period 5-7 businness days I think and then contact ****. ** I know someone mentioned this already but I find it crazy that a company wants its customers to do its job for them. If i had to guess I will get the ** response of the other person saying no account was found. But trust me there was one you people just dont want to own your mistakes. I encourage other people who have used this service to give gamefly reviews also. I cannot believe they are still in business when they run their business this way.

      We are so sorry for the game you received did not work, we check every game to make sure it is in good condition before it is shipped out.  We can see you contacted us on 8/19 to report the game as unplayable and we processed the request and responded to you that same day.  We then worked to send you a replacement copy as quickly as possible, and another copy was shipped to you on 8/20.  When the game was shipped we did not know you wanted to cancel, and the replacement copy was shipped to you prior to you cancelling the account on 8/20.  When an account is cancelled, and we show a game as rented our system would have sent an email to you to let you know you have 7 days to return the game.  This is an automated process and if you had sent us an email to let us know you had cancelled we would have noted the account so you would not have been charged.  We apologize for any confusion and I can see in the system that you did reach out on Friday 9/6/24, and we responded that same day that we refunded the charges.  Please in the future just reach out and let us know you cancelled the account if a gamer was shipped and we will take care of that for you right away.  Thanks again for being a loyal member of GameFly.

      This is a horrible game rental business. It takes 2 weeks to get your games in. Sometimes you dont get them at all and then they say they have been returned. They charged me $70 for a game that they said that I received but I never received it. And then they credited me because they said they got it back. This is the second time I have done business with them and the same thing happened a year ago. They charge a monthly fee for game rental but sometimes you barely get one game a month horrible customer service in business. Do not waste your money here. It would be better to go buy games at the pawnshop try them out and then sell them again.

      This place does not even have customer service if you try to call you will be on hold for 20 minutes and never reach anyone not to mention I complained about a game that wouldnt work I was told theses things happen and that basically it wasnt there fault wouldnt issue a credit for the time wasted waiting on a faulty game then after complaining to three different people and asking for a manager I was given a 10 day credit on my next month. After that my rentals slowed down and they would only send me budget games even though Im on there 2 game plan I would definitely not recommend this service nothing but bad experiences and Ive only been a member for 3 months will definitely not be renewing this month.

      **************** is available Mon - Fri by phone from 9AM-5PM CST and we also have **** services during that time.GameFly checks every game for visible damage and if the game is reported as unplayable we will pull the game to be manually checked by a member of our team. We take unplayable games seriously and issue a credit to the member since they had to deal with an unplayable game.GameFly ships the highest available game in a members Q, and if the game that is in the #1 slot is not available then we move to the next game in their Q so that they are not waiting for a game to play. GameFly does not send games that have not been entered by the customer into their Q.

      I have tried to rent a game for 3 weeks ..company said all tries have been lost in mail ..postal service said no delivery was every attempt by gamefly .will never use service again
