- Additional Info:The BBB opened an investigation on this firm due to the amount of inquiries we have received. According to BBB files, consumers allege having difficulty receiving refunds, despite the company having many "Satisfaction Guarantee" or "30 Days Money Back Guarantee" statements on their website. On August 10 & 25, 2020 the BBB contacted the company in regards to our concerns about the amount and pattern of complaints we have received, unfortunately, the BBB did not receive a response.

The company advertises designations and awards suchas “Trustpilot 4.5 out of 5,” “Google Partner,” “Rank on Top Business Insider,”“Awards and Recognitions,” “Graphic Creatives Award 2020-21,” “CommunicationDesign Award 2020,” “Zend Engineer Excellence,” and “Design Excellence 2020.”The business also advertises savings claims, “100% Unique Design Guarantee,” “100%Satisfaction Guarantee,” “100% Money Back Guarantee,” and testimonials.
