    They Stole my $$! Nothing they said theyd do was done. I got the run around for an entire year. I just spoke with someone who completely cussed me out because I wouldnt give him MORE $$. Because after a year of nothing. He tried to upsell me. These people should not only be shut down but, arrested for fraud !!! DO NOT USE THERE SERVICES

    Indigo Web Studios is a terrible company In Aug they promised us a website and app by end of Sept. its now March. We asked for our money back. Our new **** ****** wont give us his email address and messages to their main number go unanswered. ***** keeps saying we should be patient and they will deliver. We want our money back now.

    Be very cautious about doing business with Indigo Web Studios. Your package does not matter because they will ask for more money as they develop your site. After paying an additional 3k, I requested a project plan with costs, but it was never delivered. I didn't even approve the 3k. They asked me to confirm receipt of an email for ****** and server and after I replied received but not purchasing, they charged my credit card that was on file. After that, I canceled my card. I kept inquiring when would they fix errors on the site, and eventually, they responded my project manager ****** was fired for developing a poor website I needed to pay an additional $3800 for DCMA, ************* ******** security, and after the purchase, they would make corrections. I asked them to fix errors first since they kept saying it was an hour's work. I was shocked that **** did it on my live site and it still was bad. When I told him he messed up and I was calling the attorney general's office, they took my site down and said they would bring it back when I paid $3800. I tried to take them to small claims court but the address is bad so if you decide to take a chance with them cause everyone is a salesperson, make sure correspondence can be delivered.
