I contracted with Logo Infinix initially in 2020 for a logo. They delivered the logo, although not other items they were supposed to. I let it go. On 5/14/2024 I got a call from ***** **** in their legal **** saying that someone was trying to use my business name and I needed to apply for a trademark to protect my use of the name. I was charged $2175. On August 14, 2024 he called again saying that the trademark was going through and I needed to speak with the trademark attorney to complete the process and answer some questions for them. He connected me to ***** ****** ***** who walked me through the process on the **************** website. They showed me the Reg #******** which I confirmed was entered in the database for approval on 5/14/2024. I paid $3460 for the 'lifetime' registration and lawyer fees. Then ***** **** called again yesterday, and again connected me to ***** *****. They said I needed to pay another $4580 to cover 'maintenance fees' for the next 10 years. They said there are 20 other companies using the same name who will have to pay me 'royalties' for using the name of $1600-$2200/month to use the name. They estimate I can receive $12,600 per month in royalties. Also said I had to pay immediately or incur fines and/or lose the opportunity. That's when I got wise. I looked online and there are many reports of the same thing happening. Suspect they offer some legitimate services to stay legal, but then **** their customers as they did me.

I purchased a logo designed for myself from Logo Infinix in 2022. We agreed on a set price of $175 for the logo design, unlimited changes, and once logo was approved they would send business cards and stationary which would complete transaction. When logo was approved, they refused to give it to me without filing an additional trademark of $1500 which was not agreed upon at the time of purchase. After an hour on the phone, they finally agreed to give me the logo and files, but refused to send the cards and stationary that was agreed upon.A few months later, I was contacted by Logo Infinix and was told that another business had filed for a trademark using my name, and that I would have to pay them $500 to have Logo Infinix start a trademark file for me to cut the other company off. I paid the $500 (now totaling my purchase with the company to $675) and asked for proof that the filing was done. I never received proof. In July of 2023, I was contacted by ****************** of Logo Infinix and was told that I needed to pay $1000 more for my trademark to go through, but that if it didn't go through that all the money I had paid thus far would be promptly returned to me. I told them I did not have any proof of the initial filing and that I would need proof before sending additional money. No proof was provided to me, and no refund was issued.Since then, I have been contacted by no less that 7 other representatives of the company saying the exact same thing. When I tell them to stop contacting me because they are harassing me, the say I am giving them attitude and that they won't process a refund. This happens every 3 months with screenshots and emails taken each time as proof.
