    I cannot stress this enough that Website Cruise feels like a scam. Ive lost over $5,000 dealing with their manipulative tactics, broken promises, and subpar work. Over the last 2 years, Ive been dragged through endless back-and-forth communication justtrying to recover my files and get what I paid for. What did I pay for if I spent over $5k and and still no website. Their most expensive package is less. They kept asking for more and more money, always claiming I needed to pay extra for progress. Meanwhile, the work they delivered was incomplete and nowhere near what was promised. I have told them what wa at issue. When I pushed back or pointed out missing information, they blamed me instead of taking responsibility. The blame-shifting is nonstop, and the lack of professionalism is staggering. Me an extortionist?They harass you with repeated texts and calls demanding your time, yet they show up asking for money and said I was extorting them. I work long hours and was still doing my best to respond promptly but that didnt stop them from getting impatient and ******* make matters worse, I cant even access or edit my own website. No contact info, no mobile access, animation mediocrity and no access to the site.alone shows how deceptive their practices are. Again, what did my $5 pay for? I have nothing. Paid for trademark, nothing. Paid for a mobile accessible website, nothing. I want my product or my money back. I have never been able use the website. They send a sample link. This has impacted my business negatively. Then my name was slander when I was called an extortionist. So here are the revised 2 options:$500 - Cleared Balance, and the website back up and running $1,000 - Cleared Balance, 12 months Website Maintenance, 3 ****************************************** Further Clarification: Now you want more totally over $6k. Next is the ** of my state. This is crazy. Thry got MY $ and I got nothing.Just some of the texts are attached. Not all.
