    They have people calling you and texting you pretending like they are from a job agency ie. ************* is the one ****** and ******* used to claim they were contacting me about a job with Vrrb now that I set up and registered like was the requirement now there is No response from the Company Vrrb or ****** the number she contacted me on ************ is now saying no longer in service and she just contacted me on 06/18/2025 now today 06/19/2025 is not working. There is no Contact phone numbers for the company only chat and telegraph that no one has responded to. I want my info and this registration profile Deleted off of the VRRB so called platform and I can't get any help for this situation. Its like i got a profile but my name address all my personal info has vanished and this is very unusual Behavior I feel for a company thats supposed to be *** job

    To Whom It May Concern,

    We are writing to formally respond to the recent complaint regarding an interaction involving a fraudulent website impersonating our company, Vrrb LLC.

    First and foremost, we want to make it clear that Vrrb LLC is in no way affiliated with the website www.vrrbus.com, nor are we associated with any individuals using the names “Olivia” or “Melissa” in this context. Our official website is www.vrrb.com, and we do not use job placement agencies such as Volt Services, nor do we offer work-from-home positions through third-party recruiters.

    We are aware that a malicious party has created a fake website mimicking our brand in an effort to scam individuals by offering illegitimate job opportunities. This fraudulent site uses our name and logo without authorization and appears to be collecting personal information under false pretenses. We have received multiple inquiries from concerned individuals, which led us to report the matter to the appropriate authorities, including:

    - Filing a report with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC)
    - Filing a report with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI)
    - Submitting an abuse report to the hosting provider of the fake website
    - Contacting Google and other search platforms to have the fraudulent site removed from search results
    - Requesting domain takedown through the domain registrar

    We understand the frustration and concern caused by this impersonation. Unfortunately, Vrrb LLC has no control over the actions of these scammers, but we are doing everything in our power to shut down this fraudulent operation and protect those affected.

    If the complainant created a profile on www.vrrbus.com, we unfortunately have no access or control over the data submitted to that platform. We encourage the individual to take the following steps to protect themselves:

    - File a report with the FTC: https://reportfraud.ftc.gov
    - Monitor credit and identity protection services to ensure their personal information has not been misused.
    - Report the phone numbers used in the scam to their cellular provider and to the FTC.
    - If they provided any banking or financial information, contact their bank immediately.

    We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this issue and reiterate that Vrrb LLC is the victim of this impersonation, not the source of the deceptive behavior. We remain committed to transparency and are actively working to stop this fraudulent activity.
