I used their product once. The scent was offensive and made me sneeze. They refused to give me a refund or partial refund after returning it. Very poor customer service.

Hi *******, we appreciate your feedback. We do offer store credits or refunds for returned products. I would suggest returning your  product so you can try our unscented products.

Tried to order a $100 gift card on California Baby website 8/24/23. Site not working correctly, couldnt. Great product. Been using for 10+ years.Reported problem. Got quick CSR response and offer to place order directly. Was told was ready to go. Checked, multiple problems, including addresses, free samples specified, and a $5.99 shipping charge for what we later learned would be shipped by email. Reported to CSR. Was told fixed. Wasnt. Kept trying. Dealt w 2 more CSRs, on 9/6 said mailing printed/physical gift card today via USPS.Gift Card was actually mailed 6 days later, arrived today. It is nothing more than logo etc printed in ink on postcard sized PAPER.It is is NOT a physical gift card with a set value printed on it 100 USD usually with a code on the back to scratch off to redeem the value. For common examples of physical/printed gift cards - each and every one printed, but NEVER on paper, See: ********************************************************************************************************************************************* bent because poorly packaged.Bizs ability to send a requested giftcard horrid.Repeated misrepresentations during the process.
