    I placed an order for a dress for my wedding after party on 7/16/24. I was not delivered until late august, a week before I was leaving for my wedding. I can communicated this to the team, and they promised to expedite the order and take extra care for it. It came late and was very defective. Seams not sewn correctly, bulges all over the fabric, did not follow their sizing chart. Because this was for my wedding, there was no time for a replacement, and I had to spend thousands last minute searching for a replacement. The team is refusing to refund me and keeps offering a replacement, which has been communicated multiple times is not possible as my wedding is now and they waited so long to ship it. They are being unresponsive and refusing to refund my original form of payment. I would like a full refund to original form of payment.
