  DONT EVER USE THEM!!!! This entire company is fraudulent! I hired Contractor ****** ***** to perform work at my property commencing on August 12th. I paid an initial deposit of $1255.00. The rest was to be paid upon completion. On August 14th, Mr. ***** called me, claiming he had completed the job. At that point, I asked for pictures. He eventually sent me pictures allegedly depicting the completed work after much delay (all fraudulent pictures of alternate apartments and different walls and bathrooms making it look as though the work was completed). I explained that I was out of the state and could not inspect the property until Monday, at which point I would complete the payment as agreed upon. Mr. ***** demanding the remaining payment of $1260.00, speaking very aggressively to me, threatening me, and using foul and absurd language. Mr. ***** continued to harass and threaten me in ways beyond, and under duress, I was finally was coerced into paying the remaining balance. I then inspected the property and found that none of the above scope of work was completed at all. there was still potential evidence of many areas of mold, the baseboards were missing, the caulking had not been done, the damaged areas on the cabinets were not fixed, the water damaged areas on the plaster had not been removed, patched, or painted, the flooring was missing, and the foam under the shower had not been filled. I came to find out that the pictures he had sent me were all fraudulent, false, and were taken of different areas of the apartment that were previously in good condition and unrelated to this job or from an angle that did not depict the condition in an accurate nature. I was completely scammed, he is now completely ignoring all my calls and texts. He coerced my payment and scammed me. Please note that any pictures he sends as evidence of completion of the work are fraudulent and do not accurate depict the condition of the areas that were to be fixed.

  I recently engaged their services for a window repair and was quoted $260 for the job. However, upon completion, *** from the company, charged me $460 instead. When I inquired about the discrepancy, *** responded in an extremely aggressive manner and threatened to take action if I did not pay the $460. His is hostile behavior made me feel unsafe and intimidated.This experience was highly unprofessional and distressing. I will never do business with this company again and strongly advise others to avoid their services as well. I believe it is crucial to bring this to your attention to prevent other customers from experiencing similar issues.

  Terrible! Even though I used him before, this guy promises to call you back, do the job, and flakes over and over again. If youre looking for someone reliable, definitely do not call ***** for your window and glass needs. *** called and called, with promises to call me back, and never did. Look elsewhere, believe me, he wont care, or care about doing your job.
