    Date of the transaction -10/16/2023. The amount of money you paid the business - $2500. What the business committed to provide you - book marketing with a 100% money-back guarantee if not pleased with work.What the nature of the dispute is - no monthlyprogress reports from them as promised amongst many of promises. Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem - after months of no progress reports received from *******************, I advised that I wanted to cancel the contract and receive a refund. They connected me to a *************************** who sent over some marketing ideas and stated in an email that I will be getting a refund of my $2500 if I chose not to proceed. I told him I would like to just cancel all of it and get refunded. He stated that I would get $1250 first week in May and $1250 the first week in June. I agreed to that refund arrangement. I have not received the $1250 for **** I provided my bank account number and routing number. *************************** stated through text on May 20, 2024 that he got confirmation from Finance that they were issuing the refund back to my bank account. But no refund has taken place as of yet. When and where the ad was seen or heard - marketing was on fb, instagram, a website theymade under my pin name *****************************. They barely promoted the book and I never got any updates on the progress of book sales. They said they would keep me updated and send an update for me to review, but I got nothing. Now no one will answer my calls when I request my refund status.I worked with ******************* initially. His email is ************************************** his number is ************. Then they had *************************** to reach out to me. His email is ********************************** his number is ************. I gave him my bank info. He stated Finance would be allowing the refund, but no refund. They do not return my calls or contact me by email, phone, or text with a status. I would like my refund for work they did not deliver on.

    On February 27th 2024, I received a call from ********************* from Pacific Ghost writers called me and said they were giving me a refund. He said as soon as I got the receipts in, I sent him all the receipts, he said it was more than the $1100 they thought I paid, I paid them $2,500. I have been calling and texting him for weeks now with no response. This is the fourth time they promised me a refund only to do the same thing, Nothing! Complete liars stay away!

    I PAID FOR SERVICE TO WRITE MY ****. THEY HAVE DELAYED THE **** STARTED OVER 4 TIMES TRANSFER ME TO DIFFERENT SO CALLED WRITERS ASKED ME FOR MORE MONEY IN WHICH IS SAID NO. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK ITS BEEN OVER A YEAR NOW AND THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DELAY THE PROCESS.

    I contracted this company to ghostwrite a book fir ne three years ago. They were not able to uphold their end and now they are refusing to ************* and and are not refunding me my money. They have stopped taking my calls after weeks of them promising to resolve the matter. They have my money and i have no book. I am skeptical if they are a legitimate company. They need to be investigated

    My complaint is quite simple. Pacific Ghostwriting promise a refund. I have the emails and text messages prove my claim along with the numerous promises to make me whole. This is a simple case, they promised and failed to refund me.
    One never knows who is in control there, instead of hiring counsel I am going this route to initiate a response, I know your organization tries to do the right thing however it is not able to do anything more. As a businessman I have always appreciated the heads up concerning customers' dissatisfaction which allowed me to remedy the situations 99% of the time.
