    In November 2021 I signed up for a new yoga studio that had not opened yet. The rep told me they would NOT charge my card until they opened their doors. However, they did charge my card and did not open for several months later than they said. After following up with them multiple times without an answer on when the studio would finally open I requested a refund because I no longer wanted to use their studio. They had already charged me without my consent despite saying they would not do so and they agreed to refund me verbally. This was with the manager at the time who is no longer there. The refund never came. I followed up dozens of times and they just kept saying there was technical issues or making up excuse after excuse. When the new manager took over she assured me that she would get me my refund multiple times. She got in touch with corporate and had me jump through hoops for this refund. I filled out a report and she told me to pretend to be a vendor which was the only way i could get my refund. I did, and they told me in March 2023 that the payment was returned (something they have told me at least 20 times prior and always blamed my bank - but it was not my bank). I have followed up so many times and at this point that they stopped responding. I have detailed text messages and emails with managers promising they would process the refund and even following up with corporate over 10 times with no response. They have a 2.5 rating on Yelp with many other customers stating that they charged their card without consent. This studio is scamming people and have unethical lying management. Please investigate.
