    Was advised on a product to purchase by their employee. The item did not work as expected. Contacted business who gave me the run around about the product. Finally they decided to send another to replace it. But, the product is simply low quality and not as expected it to be. So after rude customer service, they said they will not help me. Asked to speak with management, and never heard from anyone. Covered by warranty, but refusing to make right.

    I returned a device that I purchased from a store that this company made due to pain. They replaced my item with another choice. New device didnt function correctly. They sent a second of the same device and claimed they tested it. When I received it, it has suction and vibration but does not connect to your body or work in any functioning way. They said this is a satisfactory problem, not quality, which is completely false. It does not operate correctly or work as a functioning device. I offered to return both for my money back or another option and they declined. This was well over $100 for this purchase and I want my money back or a working different products altogether. I am willing to go to small claims court if necessary as they are being dishonest and not backing up their defective device. Please help me resolve this matter. I will continue to share their lack of customer quality and care until this is resolved. Thank you!

    Hi there,Around Valentines Day of 2023 I purchased an adult novelty item. The brand was Evolved Novelties (Monroe). A few months into use and the product had burned both myself and my partner. I contacted the company as they had a 5 year (no receipt required warranty) They told me to go to the website and fill out the replacement form with my info and the model of the product. I then received an email back with a shipping label and other info including the fact that if it wasn't their item I'd have to retrieve it at my own expense(not so if it's theirs, then it's unsanitary and they discard!). I shipped the product at a cost of $19.87 to **********. They received the item and then sent me an email letting me know that particular item was discontinued, no longer available and sent me a link where I could choose from specific products (that were not compatible). I responded to them asking why they would have had me waste my time and money shipping an item they couldn't replace and asked why they were still advertising it on thier website under best sellers? (EVOLVEDNOVELTIES.COM) I was also told that they could not reimburse any monetary value as they were the manufacturer and not the retailer/distributor but I sent the product direct to Evolved Novelties as the shipping label shows. I was also told that this was an old toy, yet I still see it on shelves at retail outlets and their website! ******** and I had a few back and forths about the lack of communication on their part and my frustration at seeing the product still offered on their site even after they said they would take it down. As of September 12 the Monroe is still available to purchase. I was told by ******** that any further emails other than a list of three choices for replacements would be ignored. I have replaced the product with my own funds and would like to be reimbursed or have them send me another ******. Details are in the emails back and forth. Thank you in advance for your help. *****
