    We spoke to **** the owner from Los Banos tire shop about our car jerking **** asked us to bring car in a Wednesday Dec 27, 2023 he'd do a diagnostic, although we had one done by ********************** here in Los Banos. We did n again car came back with codes that pertaind to the transmission clutch. **** the owner said he'd do the work/clutch,drain tarnsmission for ******* out the door and we'd have car by that Fri Jan 5th. ******* he calls and says there's a problem clutch he ordered was wrong clutch didn't fit car and hed have to order one. Then he was missing the kit. He needs to order one. I said cannot be without car take grand babies to school this must happen, he then proceeds to say car is on lift I can put it back but u'll have to pay for work done n we will not have a fixed car. We finally receive car on Sat Jan 6th **** Car jerked and a rubbing sound to which **** said "give it a couple of ********* should go away". Wife spoke to him and told him we paid **** n the car is worst than when we started. He said we would have to wait at least a week cause he was booked wife said she was reporting him to BBB. Prior hed suggested I trade my **** for another vehicle ge has. He called back and said " as a favor he was going to put in a used transmission no charge. We took car back to him Wed Jan 10th and today he calls and says hes lost too much money old transnission didn't work he's going to give us our money n to take car back. I am now concerned as he mention trading my car for another car and that was never a thought if mine but it was his. I waited to get my car fix its been dismantled and bow worst than before. I want it fixed

    I am writing this email regarding a letter we received for a complaint ID: ********. We have contacted the customer on Monday January ******* in which we have come to an agreement to the desired settlement which is to repair the vehicle. The shop owner has also lended the customer a vehicle in the meantime and the customer agreed in using the lending vehicle. Customer has been advised that he will be contacted when the vehicle is ready, as the repairs have begun.
