    On 2/2/2023 I purchased software from this company with a money-back guarantee if the product did not meet my needs. It did not for my use case and Imidieatly I tried contacting the company to return my product for a refund and have tried to contact them repeatedly on their live chat option and by phone for the past week with no response. Their website states that they will take care of the return, but it has been impossible to get in contact with them.

    I had purchased the product a year ago but it was incompatible with my************, I attempted to get a refund and they never replied. I thought it was a one time purchase but they apparently had me on an annual subscription. Earlier this month they charged me again, I have since filed a refund complaint on ****** where the transaction occurred. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with this company but they never reply. I have left multiple voicemails and sent email followups and still nothing. I even try to use their "live chat" feature but it is always either offline or disabled. I am wanting a refund asap. If they somehow actually reply to this, the account number is ********.

    Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/12/13) */ This has been resolved on my end, the company never responded but I had contacted ****** who processed my payment and they refunded me. I am not sure what is going on with this company as they seem to still be in business but do not respond to anything.
