      *** (the owner) from Los Gatos Electric is a scammer. Do not ever use their services. He illegally installed an electric back up batter unit. When his installer left his company it took months for *** to return a request to complete the permit application so I could register for a lower electric rate. He only appeared with the prospect of additional business which he didn't earn. He tried to say I asked to pursue a non-permit process, which was a lie. After many phone calls and email he finally showed up to try and complete the online application. Every phone call was riddled with excuses, lies, and delays. When he finally showed up months later, I sat next to him for 2 hours and watched him struggle to answer questions (many of which he just made up answers for) in the online permit process which he never completed. He quoted me $1900 for additional work which I never awarded him. I found another company which charged me $500 for the exact same work. If you want to get screwed, call ***.
