    Complaint Against:Elsa, Corp. (Developer of the Elsa Speak App)Description of the Issue:I subscribed to the Elsa Speak app on my iPhone through the Apple App Store, expecting a 7-day free trial. However, after the trial period, I was unexpectedly charged approximately $300 for a one-year subscription. I was not clearly informed that this charge would be automatic, and I have not used the app since installing it.After reaching out to Elsa, they directed me to request a refund from *****, which I did. ***** attempted the refund, but it was declined by Elsa. This response is unacceptable as the subscription was charged without my explicit consent or proper notification.Desired Outcome:I am requesting a full refund of the subscription amount, as I do not intend to use this service and believe the billing was misleading.Supporting Details:- App: Elsa Speak (Yearly Subscription)- Amount Charged: $307.99 - Date of Charge: May 11, 2025 - ***** attempted the refund but was denied by Elsa Conclusion:I hope to resolve this matter quickly and amicably.     the issue happened on May 2nd 2025. I was charged one year premium subscription by the app developer (via apple app store) without my consent. I signed up for a 7 days free trial. Instead of offering me free trial, the app directly charged me full year. I read their apple app store comments, and saw there are many users give the same reviews about the falsely charged amount. I reported their fraud behavior to ***** but ***** ignored me. Just look like 20+ one star reviews in the apple app store about this app. they are all about this fraud charges. exactly the same.
