    AWFUL EXPERIENCE
    I rate the products 0 out of 5 stars. I'm still in disbelief with what Morrocco Method shipped out to me. I have never purchased such a horrible product before. As a consumer who frequently shops online, I trusted Morrocco Method would go above & beyond to keep their customers satisfied. Especially new customers such as myself. Other companies have refunded or replaced items when something was wrong with the product, but not Morrocco Method. Very sneaky to have a no refund policy. I received such a cheaply made brush that you would find at a dollar store. Walmart has higher quality brushes. Customer service basically said, "Too bad you got a brush with melted/sticky bristles topped off with a strong chemical odor. Since the rest of our brushes don't look like that & don't smell like that, we won't replace it." Am I being called a liar? Is there an insinuation that I somehow took a blow torch and melted the bristles myself? Unbelievable!!!! I feel offended, fooled, and ripped off. There is no way that brush is worth more than $5 in my comparison to other brushes. I can't even use it. It's trash!!! I definitely was swindled out of $67. Beware folks!
