    Very high quality work. Competetive and fair pricing, including for extras and change orders. Dependable and responsive to needs and requests and schedule changes. He met the schedule and cooperated with other contractors on site at the same time.

    Fantastic in every way. Quality, price, integrity, friendliness, and speed.I checked out another house that ******* and his crew had completed in my neighborhood and it was flawless, so I decided to hire him. It was a smooth Santa ******* finish like I wanted and sometimes they get cracks. This other house had endured the test of time and was absolutely beautiful, so he immediately won my favor Now my house is complete and it is also absolutely flawless and beautiful. ******* and his crew are very meticulous. They applied a mesh before the final color coat to make sure that the stucco doesnt crack in the future. They also avoided any cracks in the application by waiting until the weather was accommodating I was very impressed with all of the care that they took to protect my windows, doors and concrete. They covered everything with black paper and plastic before doing the scratch coat and ***** coat. Then they cleaned all of that mess up and reapplied new paper and plastic before doing the color coat. Everyone on the job seemed very happy. They were always very polite, laughing with each other, sometimes singing and seemed to be having a great time doing their job. The communication was always very prompt and relevant. ******* would always return my texts or calls in a timely manner and would be direct, concise and informative. ******* was very accommodating. I thought I would be ready for him sooner than I actually was and he was very patient even though he had already put up his scaffolding. He was good to his word with his commitments and always began and finished each phase within the promised timeframe. I found ******* on my own when I was inbetween contractors. The new contractor could not find anyone within his price range that provided mesh and their own scaffolding. I am so happy that I used this stucco company and I highly recommend them.
