    I bought a refrigerator from them on 22nd November 2022. Two days after making the purchase I had to call them because the refrigerator wasn't working. It wasnt getting cold. They sent somebody out to check it and we were told the liquids needed to settle in the back because of shaking during the process of transporting it to my house. It worked for a bit and last month I noticed the same issue happening again with the refrigerator it wasnt getting cold and all our groceries had to get thrown away because they were spolied. I reached out to them after paying a second party to come check it and was told the compressor is not good. The original compressor was removed from the refrigerator and replaced with a faulty one. Basically, we were sold a faulty refrigerator. We reached out to them and a young lady by the nane of ***** answered who was very disrespectful, unsympathetic and rude. She hang up the phone on us multiple times and then blocked my number so I couldn't call them. So I went to the store. They keep on saying its not under warranty however the refrigerator had issues from the start and they didnt do a proper job finding the real reason from the get go as to what was wrong with the fridge. I say this to say, the company knowingly sold us a faulty refrigerator with no intention of fixing it or refunding us our money. This is absurd and people should be aware of their doings.

    This business sells faulty appliances, not only to me, but it seems from their yelp reviews that this is a common practice.I purchased a Kenmore French Doors Stainless Steel refrigerator for $850 and the appliance stopped getting cold after 5 months. It also didn't have a working light when it arrived, and I called to ask if it was covered under warranty and of course, it was not. I spend $150 for a new light so that I could see the food in the fridge and then it stops keeping the food cold. Worthless.After reading all of their yelp reviews, it is a common practice for this business to sell faulty appliances over and over and over again and it is not clear how they continue to stay in business and continue to scam so many customers. I would like a refund for this faulty Kenmore refrigerator. I also purchased a used washer and a new dryer. The dryer works fine, but the washer leaks. It appears as though this company buys used broken appliances and doesn't repair them, and sells them to customers broken. That is a poor way to do business and should not be allowed. I paid $1,300 for this set, and the dryer works fine. I am not sure if there is a resolution to the leaking washing machine.

    They sold me $2,000 worth of non working appliances. Appliances did not work from day one. They refused to fixed them and return my money. They are aware appliances don not work but sell them to people like that. They bribe people into buying their appliances with a 3 month warranty but when I called them to tell them to fix it they first send a man to look at on out of the 5 appliances I bought. 4 out of the 5 appliances are not working. The man said he couldnt fix them and left. I asked for my money back and they denied returning the money and fixing the appliances.

    Purchased washer dryer fridge and stove.Only stove worked.After fixing only the dryer,They replaced fridge 3 times.Each new fridge they delivered did not function at all.They took weeks to answer me and replace the units.Now they don't want to pick up unit and charge me half the price of the fridge if i want to return it.They do not want to refund and refuse to answer my phone calls.They want to force another faulty fridge on me instead of a refund even though i already bought a new fridge in the week they took to respond to me.They have many bad reviews.They do not verify their repairs and appliances all are filthy or non functional.They should not be in the customer service sector.Beware

    Update to situation:
    Tried to start a civil court case but it is more expensive and i could not afford.
    Opted for force-canceling the purchase of the fridge for a 200 dollar fee, after trying to get a full refund and being denied.
    Lynwood appliances still fails to uphold their appointments and are still to pick up the non-functioning fridge from my house and give me back the remaining balance money, even though it has been agreed via text message for over a week now.
    Very incompetent salespeople who should not be in the customer service sector.

    Following previous update:
    Washer leaks water. Also smells bad and had a filter full of gunk which means they didn't even clean it prior to selling/delivering it to me.
    I no longer wish to deal with them in terms of the washer, dryer or stove's 3 month warranty.
    Since i have already clumsily agreed to a cancelation of fridge, i would like for them to still face some type of reprimand regarding this issue which caused me lost days at work, lost money on spoiled foods and a forced-purchase of a new fridge under a credit line and mental stress which is making me sick.

    Final update:
    Owner ******* showed up to my house today.
    Taking pictures of property and refusing to give cancelation money unless i sign her poorly written waiver.
    Demands i delete yelp review on her store.
    I sign for the cancelation but do not agree with the yelp review.
    She threatens that any other appliances i purchased are no longer under 3 month warranty (explicit in her policy) because i did not take down the yelp review.
    She leaves recording me and my home murmuring threats.

    Purchased a used dryer, and immediately broke as soon as got home to use it. 60 day warranty, and they will not refund, however I do not want this product at all.
