    I am rejecting this response because: firstly,there was no remedy or solution offered. The business only detailed what their apparent typical procedures are and provided a false claim that my house received the same treatment. The crew consisted of one veteran new-hire, one individual with one year of experience, and one brand new employee. This was all information that was freely provided to me along with the admission that there was in fact NO curing period for the paint. The owner was not on site during the painting, did not work on the job, and may only be taking his crew's word as truth, but it simply is not accurate. Moreover, the business owner had already acknowledged that the work product was unsatisfactory, made a promise to correct it, and then vanished. 

    Acoustical Ceilings *** proudly advertises its long history (since 1968) and states that its goal has been and remains to ensure the complete satisfaction of every customer while offering knowledgeable and friendly service at reasonable rates. Acoustical Ceilings was far and away the most expensive of five estimates for my home project, but despite this I believed in their mission and trusted that *** (owner) would indeed ensure the job was done correctly. My efforts to allow for the remediation of the faulty work and allow the company to live up to their purported professional standards was for not. I was simply looking for my ceiling to be properly repainted. The trouble spots are not just in one or two areas, but given that an uneven texture was sprayed, the whole ceiling requires a coat to ensure a proper look and finish. However, my trust that the business has any pride in their work and integrity has all but evaporated and have been thoroughly disappointed.

Bobs response was that the areas seemed to not be dry yet. I agreed to give it more time to see if it would fully dry.Thursday, June 6, 2024: Contacted *** and made him aware that the areas that were repaired still had flashing despite it being two seeks since the work was completed. Friday, June 7, 204: *** responded that he would take a look at the schedule so we can figure out a time that we can come back and paint that area for you. [NOTE: I was never contacted. Between the dates of June 13 and July 31 I called multiple times to no avail.]Thursday, August 8, 2024: Text Hello ***, I am still waiting for an appointment to have my ceiling repainted.[NOTE: No response or call back.]BUSINESS ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM: As noted above, *** made a commitment to resolve the issue though never made contact again.

    After masking off covering up and protecting the furniture within the home, we applied the first coat of primer over the freshly textured ceiling. We waited two hours and applied the second coat of primer, waiting an additional two hours and applied the third and final coat of paint during the application of the primary and Paint the weather was extremely hot at 100, the humidity very low and cross flow ventilation provided in order to expedite the drying time of the two coats of primer we follow the manufacturer suggested recommendations in the applications of all paints. We also paint 3 to 5000 ft. per week with no problems . The two coats of primer are made by Ppg are and are the high hide product line.
