      I pre purchased tickets on 10/22/2022 for the night of 10/29/2022. I spent $60 on two tickets. I ended up sick with Covid on 10/27/2022 which I immediately emailed raisin hell ranch informing them that I had Covid and even sent them a picture of my Covid test. I asked them how I can go about getting a refund for my tickets as I am contagious and can not attend the event. They are refusing to refund me my tickets even though I have absolutely no control over getting sick with Covid. I’m trying to do the right thing by staying home not to spread this sickness an they told me in an email “where a business and we won’t refund you for your tickets.” I would like for the business to do the right thing in this case especially since it’s Covid related and refund me my $60.

      Customer ****** ******** did contact us October 27th regarding tickets she purchased for the 29th. She claims she is unable to attend due to contracting covid. We responded that we empathize with her situation however all sales are final as clearly stated on our website when purchasing. Customer states that she doesn't understand how we could want others to get sick. We replied with just like any other illness you never know what you have when you have it and  still don't offer refunds due to illness even covid. She was welcome to come another night that season. she refused. We suggested she give or sell her tickets but that was a little too late for her. Due to the hundreds of emails we get each day we are unable to respond at a timely manner in some cases. This is something we are working on fixing so every customer gets a timely response.
