Reached out to the company on Monday July 18 2022 about my A/C not working properly. Contractor came out same day and looked at it, and said under warranty the parts would be free and the labor would cost me 1,950. I agreed and set a date for the repairs. He was suppose to come out July 20, 2022 no show. He called me July, 21 if I still wanted the repair I said yes I thou we set the date for repair yesterday you didn’t show up. He replied by saying the part came in late I can do today. I replied sorry can’t do today I am at work right now and no one is home but can do tmw Friday July 22 my day off. Friday came no show. I attempt to call couple times and went straight to voicemail. On Monday july 25, 2022 my husband was able to get thru and contractor told husband that they been busy and a lot of sick calls that he would reach out. Wednesday July 27, I attempted to call and it went to voicemail. Later in the day I called through my son phone and it went thru I asked him if there is any updates on when will he be able to come out and repair my A/C he said let me give you a call in 10min and see the schedule. No call back. Today July 28 2022. He sent a text that read.”sorry we can’t do the job we can’t get the parts. Please call another company”.

To Mrs ******* ******* our company could not obtain parts do to shortage the pandemic set all company’s back. I went to Diagnose found plenty of  issues. Do to use being a small company we can’t get the parts.

I am rejecting this response because: That is not what I was told. He (******)  said he had got the parts and schedule a date to come out and fix it and now he is saying that he cant get the parts due to the pandemic.  I made some research and was able to find the parts he said needed to be replace through  Fresno Air Conditioning Supply Company. FACSCO does carry parts in stock for my A/C unit. ****** also stated that under warranty the parts where free and that I have a 10 yr warranty. I reply and asked ****** to give me more information about my warranty? But did not get a reply.  So what about the 10 yr warranty I have? can you explain that to me? I got no answer from ****** and my calls where forward straight to voicemail.  Is this how you treat your customers. Not replying to text messages, forwarding calls to voicemail. I had to write a complaint to get a reply back. He never mentioned not being able to get parts. This company is all lies and do not value their customers. They seem to forget that it is because of us customers who make them.

Sorry you feel that way. Yes you do have a 10 year warranty on all parts your more than welcome to call another licensed company since you know where to get the parts go get them. I attached a photo of your model serial number.

I am rejecting this response because:

Yes that is what you told me I have 10 years warranty on the parts but now they are telling me that you never registered the unit for a 10 yrs warranty. But you knew this didn’t you? Can you send me info where did you register the unit for my 10 yr warranty? That is all I want.
