      I purchased a 2017 Ram **** from this business on 16 June 2023. I purchased an extended warranty to add 5 years and ******* miles to it for peace of mind. I test drive the truck and drive it around the block; this was per their direction. The truck drove fine.Within 2 days I noticed the truck would run hot but not overheat. I called the dealership and they would not cover anything and asked that I have it covered under warranty. The warranty company wouldnt cover it since it was a cooling system issue which wasnt covered under warranty. The warranty company also told me that even if it was covered they would seem this as an existing issue and that I would need to take it up with the dealer. I spoke with the dealer, ****, who told me over the phone that they knew the truck had issues and that it was sold as-is. **** also told me to take it to their mechanic in Madera which I did. The mechanic found that the radiator was clogged and a leak down test showed that it needed to be replaced. The dealer would not cover any portion of this after the results were provided by the mechanic. I took the truck and fixed it myself. It is currently 27 Sept and I still havent received the title, registration, or plates for the truck. I have spoken with Lluvia (dealer registration lady) and was told multiple times that they had some paperwork issues and that they would pick up all registration docs and plates from the dmv and call me when that occurs. The last 2 weeks they have given me excuses about why they couldnt pick up the docs/plates from dmv and that I needed to wait and they would contact me. My temp 90 day registration expired on 15 Sept and I am unable to get a new temp registration and now cannot drive my truck legally. My bank has been asking for the vehicle title (auto loan) and I have nothing to give them. I am requesting support in getting this resolved.
