    If I could give this negative stars I would. We bought a trailer from the owner of this when he was under another business name before that went south. This owner talks a great game with great prices when deep down he knows he is selling you a piece of junk. From the day we showed up to pick up our trailer in 2016, we should have known we had just bound ourselves to a nightmare. Shortly after bringing the trailer home, we noticed water coming from all our windows and the front bedroom floor rotted out. We also noticed water spots at the seems on the ceiling in the front bedroom. This was clearly a sign the water damage had been going on for quite awhile. When reaching out to this business owner, he didnt take ownership of the issue and only offered to have his tech show us how to repair the floor!! Then not too long after that, we noticed the siding on the drivers side was cracking where there was damage previously done by the trailer lot employees when they had it in their possession. Again, the owner wanted nothing to do with this. Here we are 5 years later and we just had replace the back 4feet of our trailer's wood beams and flooring all because it rotted out from all the water damage of leaking windows. On top of this we noticed a sagging spot in the roof in the front bedroom area. after removing the seam and the ceiling panel today we discovered the entire roof has rotted wood and is completely infested with black mold. Explains why we have randomly got sick after using the trailer the last5 years. I do not recommend this company nor this owner to anyone. what we have gone through and continue to go through is so disappointing especially since RV repair shops are saying there maybe too much black mold it may not be repairable. This is a health hazard!!!

    Quick to sell you on a trailer, but God forbid anything goes wrong with it. Bought a trainer back in March, air conditioner stopped working in the middle of April, and finally in the last week of July they fill out warranty paperwork to get it fixed. Communication is non-existent, they tell you they'll update you but it's taken daily calls and emails to get them to tell you anything. I still don't have items that were supposed to have been included with the trailer at time of sale, and it was sold to me with defective items off the lot that have yet to be addressed. I'd have them take the trailer back at current loan value after I've paid 5 months down just to not have to deal with this anymore. 08/01/2022
