      I gave a $925.00 down payment to this business in order to get a shower door back in April of this year. I never got the shower door and after several calls, voicemails, texts and personal appearances to his business **** only refunded me $500.00 dollars. I have texted him twice and even my boyfriend went to ask for the remainder of the money with negative results. The last time I texted him was November 17 and he never replied. He still owes me $425.00 dollars. I even told him I would take him to court small claims and he doesnt seem to care. I want to be refunded the $425.00 he still owes me.

      I reached out in March for a quote on a new car windshield. I was quoted $390 for my car with parts and labor. I stated I would call back when i had the money. I called back 5-24-23. he stated I needed to bring it in so they could look at it. I arrived 5/25 and he never informed me there were 2 locations so I went to the wrong one. After driving to the correct one 5/25 he stated it would be $490 for my car. The lower model would be $320 he had no idea where he even came up with the number $390. I gave him $390 in cash as a deposit. He didnt give a receipt the computers were broken. I came back 5/26 and they installed the new windshield, I paid the remaining $100. Still no receipt was provided. I texted **** 5/27 and told him the window had a scratch. He said they would fix it but not today. After multiple attempts to reach him I finally had my dad call because they would not answer any of my calls or texts. He spoke with my dad and the business text me to go 6/12. I spoke to him and let him know the windshield was leaking water into my car and he said we would fix that. I showed up the business was closed. When I finally got ahold of **** he said he wasnt available anymore. He was closing the 2nd location. I then attempted multiple times to call/text and got another date scheduled 6/23 but he was unable to get the scratch out. He tried to tell me that the glass was not leaking I showed him the photos and then said he would reseal the whole thing since he couldnt find the leak. The leak was fixed but they couldnt get the scratch out. He told me to come back on 6/26 but he cancelled that appointment due to his employees calling out. I came back on 6/27 and he had the special product but was still not able to get the scratch out. He told me that I was costing him money since he had given me a "deal" I asked him what deal since he charged me an extra $100 from the original quoted price. I have since texted him multiple times to get a resolution and have not heard back.
