    VERY unprofessional. In May, 2023, called owner *****, regarding replacing 1 window in my vacation rental. He said windows would not be in till September or October and he had my info snd would contact me when product arrived. I asked if he wanted a deposit and he said no. A month later I realized I should replace ALL the windows so I called back and he said he changed the order. Mid September I called and left 2 voice messages asking for approximate dates. I also said that since this is vacation rental I need to block off dates. No reply. Called again and his message left his cell phone number and asked that you text him. I didtwice, explaining my past attempts to reach him and requesting a reply. Today, 9/29, I texted him and said I needed to talk with before the end of the day or his silence leaves me no choice than to contact Better Business Bureau. FINALLY he replied saying he had no obligation to me and that I should call another firm. I replied with details of our first and second conversation and that all I was asking for was common courtesy. He replied with DONT THREATEN ME. My last reply said I thought it is funny you reply to insults but not to business status inquiries.
