    6/29/24 and 6/29/23 - on both of these dates I was billed $99.99 TWICE by Tone It up APP *******************. I had tried to cancel by service and was still billed in June of 2024. I reached out to them several times and got no response. I filed a dispute through my bank which is still in progress. I was finally able to get through to their customer support after over a month and multiple messages/emails later. **** offered a refund on 11/7/24, but after 7 messages and a few emails, I haven't heard back and I haven't gotten a refund.

    Initially ordered protein powder on 5/12/2024. Was not delivered until June 7th. Since then have been charged recurring order for this same order twice monthly (with delivery) of unwanted protein powder. Unauthorize purchases. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company despite reaching out to them weekly since 7/27 via phone, email and their websites support center. I have protein powder in my possession that I would GLADLY return. I cannot contact anyone in their company to reach a resolution.

    I ordered a package and received it. I sent it back over two weeks ago, continue to email (cannot find tracking number at this point), and have asked for a supervisor. I still have yet to receive a response from a supervisor since Thursday of last week till now. I continue to email daily with NO RESPONSE other than to tell me they forwarded it to a supervisor. I just want the money I paid back.

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/12/30) */ The customer stated they made a return but never contacted us for return authorization prior (which is stated in our return policy on the website) and could not provide any return tracking information to let us know they returned anything. Our returns department did not receive the return. Without proof of return, we cannot process a refund. As a gesture of goodwill, we offered the customer a store credit which was accepted with no issue.
