    I wish more people complained about the way these devs have handled their products. Theres been too many incidents I cant even begin to describe it. I dont feel like sitting here for an hour telling you about 5 out if the hundreds of problems caused directly by the company themselves. Theyve done damage to other brand names as well, like Bugatti.Something needs to change at Pearl Abyss or action needs to be taken against them.

    Would give a 0-star if I could. Bans for everything, complaints, comments, suggestions, locked so many players out of Black Desert that it's really sad. Shameful behavior of employees, like arguing with paying customers about why they don't deserve to own the game at all, restricting valid support tickets, etc... Really used to enjoy BDO. Sadly they've ruined it since they bought it, and I really wish it were good again... Hope they lose the property after what they've done to it. Used to be one of the best games ever...

    I played Black Desert Online, which was previously owned by Kakao Games. During the time of this transition, I was unable to access my email account and had no notification this was happening. Once I tried to play the game and couldn't access my account, I contacted ********************************************* to notify them of the issue. The customer service said they bought the game and transferred some accounts, but anything that wasn't transitioned was deleted. This was upsetting, but I then provided receipts of purchases I made towards the game asking for equivalent exchange in-game currency. I was told they had no way of proving the receipts were legitimate and there was nothing they were willing to do to mitigate this loss. I am livid. I loved this game, but there is no excuse for these enormous gaps in the process with this data transition. Also, knowing that these scenarios could happen, nothing is offered to customers taking a loss in this process. I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking them for in-game currency which would cost them NOTHING and would at least mitigate my feelings of having wasted both time and money on this game in the past. I now refuse to invest either in this game. I will keep a wide birth of both companies in the future.

    There game are good but it's almost 40 dollar for one skin in the game to buy and it nun else's coming with it and I think there over pricing things on there game I can go to another game and get more just for 40 dollars then just getting a skin for 1 character and the the pricing doesn't even make sense u have to buy the $30 to get anything else's then buying $20 and u only get **** for the stuff u get with the $20 and all there skins are in **** and **** to even get one so what's the point of the 20 dollar that's why I feel like its a scam people for less items and more expensive stuff they need to work on that pricing more cause they can get more people on there game if they didn't over charge stuff for less items there giving us
