      326/24 Hello I went to the scketchrrs outlet in ********* today l. I saw a big sign on windows saying buy one get one 50 percent off...I went to the kids clearance section where I got two pairs of shoes for 24.95..She told me price was around $54.95 I asked her why she said clearance are not part of buy one get one.I did not argue with her i said ok. But when I went outside and took a picture of sign it said nothing about clearance not being included. I would like to speak to someone about this...bother shows were $24.95 ...One was suppose to be ***** I am very disappointed because I searched through isle for appropriate sizing and to.be disappointed by the c a sheer. I am requesting a $60 gift card for this inconvenience.

      I ordered a pair of shoes from your website: ORDER DATE: 17 Mar 2024 ORDER NUMBER: SKEC-US702601673. GO WALK JOY $65.00 STYLE: #***** NVW SIZE: 6.0 MED COLOR: NAVY / WHITE. I received the shoes in stained condition. I called Skechers 5 minutes after receiving them to let them know. I was told i needed to send proof in pictures of the condition before i was allowed to return them. So i did that. I waited about 20 minutes for a response then called back because i wanted to return them to the Skechers store in my area. I was then told i wasnt ALLOWED to do that. Because you don't take back used shoes!! So, your own STORES WONT TAKE BACK WHAT YOU SENT A CUSTOMER? Thats hysterical because YOU SENT them to me that way!! I wanted to pick out my own pair in store, without stains on them. I don't trust skechers any longer to send me new shoes. I was told to go out of MY way to a *** store to return them which I avoid because of the long lines. I was then told these are my only options to get a refund. 1- mail back with replacement and wait for refund 2- mail back and wait for refund. Instead of apologizing to your loyal customer for what you sent to them and ask what can i do to correct the matter?No i get a nasty response of 2 choices. Thats it. Returning to the store was a big NO!!! Your employees treated me awful. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told she was busy. I expected to receive a perfect pair of shoes! You sent me disgusting stained shoes with who knows what on them! Why do I have to go through all this aggravation?? Thats ridiculous!!

      A supervisor reached out via phone on Friday 3/22 and again this morning, 3/25 with no answer. We wanted to confirm that we are happy to send you a replacement pair right away and you can send the faulty shoes back at your convenience. Or, if you'd like a refund, please ship them back to us and we will issue a refund once received. Please note, you do not need to wait in line at *** when dropping off a return since the label is already paid.

      However, if you'd like to visit a store to return them that's of course fine as well. Just be sure to print out your Skechers.com order receipt from the "Orders and Returns" page.

      Absolutely NO supervisor called me. I was home all day. There was no messages on voicemail either. So that was a lie. Plus you mentioned i would not have to wait at the *** store because the label is pre-printed. That is NOT true here. Everyone waits their turn, you cant cut the line!!! I wanted to talk to a person in charge to talk about the attitude of your customer service representatives. They have no right to make anyone feel like they did to me. The only thing i did wrong was to purchase your shoes. Then I get a nasty attitude from skechers when you shipped dirty shoes to me and I didnt want them. How do you not take back your shoes that were sent stained to me in your stores?? Let your stores deal with a pre-printed label and return to you.

      Extremely toxic corporate atmosphere. The customers are treated as no human should be treated. I was a frequent shopper with this company. I bought 2 pairs (currently have 9 pair) I bought a pair without inspecting them. I DID NOT TRY THEM ON I HAVE 9 pair. Got home & left shoe was greasy so I called another, larger store too EXCHANGE THEM. The store manager (REASON FOR POST) screamed in the phone NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ( I have several emails that say otherwise) then I found out that if the store manager calls the police and lies to them and you prove she lied THEN YOU GET A REFUND, even though I only wanted an exchange. THE POLICE SAID TO ME sir you didn't do anything wrong SHE WAS ONLY ENFORCING COMPANY POLICY... TOXIC and it must work. you should be proud..THIS IS ABOUT THE EMAILS that constantly come from corporate. This incident happened on 3/09/24 since then I have received several emails LAST ON March 12/2024 FREE SHIPPING AND FREE RETURNS... I have at least 10 emails over the last week stating FREE EXCHANGES, FREE RETURNS, FREE SHIPPING and your ********** manager screamed at me NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES... and SHE told the ********** ** POLICE THAT COMPANY POLICY was NO REFUNDS NO EXCHANGES NO EXCEPTIONS... REALLY IN PRINT. A side note I told the police that I AM THE LOOSER HERE I REALLY LIKED THEIR PRODUCT and for Christmas I told everyone GET ME SKECHERS... In a business sense kinda hurt.

      I recently purchased four pairs of shoes from a company, but unfortunately had to return three of them. Despite having only tried them on and not actually worn them, the company issued a refund in the form of a gift card, claiming that the shoes looked worn. One of the pairs was also too big, so all three were returned. However, the company refused to issue a refund to my credit card, stating that all three pairs were worn and provided photographic evidence. I kept the shoes in my home until I returned them, and while they were cute, they caused blisters on the sides of my feet and even led to a sprained ankle. I adhered to the company's return policy and did not return the ones I had worn. Even the pairs I kept were uncomfortable and did not meet my expectations. Upon further inspection of the three pairs that were returned to us, there were several places on the top/sides of the shoes that showed wear and the bottoms of all pairs were dirty. Our quality department does what they can to restore items to brand new, however, this was not feasible in this case. We are happy to provide the photos if necessary.

      I am returning this product because it causes discomfort to my feet. I have kept the pair I have worn; however, this particular pairs that were sent back was only tried on once and deemed unsuitable due to the pain and blisters it caused on my feet. Additionally, these shoes lack skid-resistant features, rendering them unsafe for walking. The customer service at ********************** could be enhanced by paying closer attention to customer feedback. It is a known issue that these shoes may cause slipping, falling, and potential foot injury, a situation I have personally experienced and can substantiate.

      In November 2023 I was with a friend and we both purchased sneakers with a buy 1 --get the 2nd pair-- 1/2 off. My friend got a pair for $75.00, and I got the 2nd pair for $37.50 plus tax for a total of $40.78. I paid my friend my portion that was put on their credit card-and now I am out this money that I want refunded! The pair of sneakers I received are called D'Lites. They were awful to wear. They have no cushioning at all! And are like walking on cement. I contacted Skechers on their "chat line" on their website several several many many times. Gave them EVERYTHING they needed to recover the original sales receipt and refund my money! The original purchase was made on my friend's credit card so I do not have the original receipt, but I know they can retrieve it as they said they could(!) with my friend's name and date of purchase and location of purchase. The "chat line" kept asking me for THE SAME INFORMATION OVER AND OVER AGAIN and then stopped helping me. I want my money back for these terrible terrible, terrible sneakers that I cannot wear!!!! I want a refund. I live an hour from this store. They wanted me to take them back to the store! I cannot drive an hour both ways only to find out they are going to do nothing. I do not want a credit or exchange as their sneakers (for me) are terrible. I want a refund.

      I was rejected to accept $25 points redemption coupon by a Skechers Store salesperson. In addition, the return and exchange policy prohibits customers from fair returns like anyone else in the industry. I have been loyal to Skechers USA products and enjoyed their products for 5+ years. Only in the last year, I purchased 4 pairs of Skechers Slip-in shoes at a total cost ~$400. When I recently purchased a pair at the Skechers Retail Store in *************, they were too narrow and I decided to exchange them at the same store. I did not wear them outside of my residence and clean them thoroughly before returning. In the store, I selected another model (at $10 more) and asked the salesperson to honor the $25 coupon. First, she did not recognize it as a coupon, and then after I showed her my Skechers membership account with all points, simply refused to subtract the $25 coupon from my bill. She indicated that it was an exchange and not a sale. I suggest first returning my original pair then I will purchase the new one for a coupon to work. Under this condition, she refused to accept the return at all, because, as she stated "shoes had microscopic scars on a sole" This store at ************* used the same excuse a few years ago, refusing to accept a return due to the "microscopic scars on the shoe sole". I have never had this problem in other shoe stores, and from now on I will not use or recommend anyone to buy shoes from this location. Bad sale practice for a very good product!!!!

      On February 4th I bought a pair of shoes with a foreign debit card and the money was debited at the moment the order was placed. The day after I got an email stating that the pick up order was cancelled and no refund was issued. I called the customer support three times and they acknowledged the amount was charged but since they dont deal with international cards they are no longer able to help me. I tried to dispute the charge with the foreign bank but since the transaction was completed on their end the amount wont be returned. I demand to have my money refunded.

      We have double checked our payment processing system and confirmed that when the order was placed on 2/04 it was authorized for the approved amount, the funds were not settled. Since our system does not charge the card until the item ships or is picked up from the store, there is no actual charge and the authorization amount will drop from the card within a couple of business days, but can be up to 2 weeks depending on your financial institution. Your card was in fact charged for the additional order placed on 2/06 that did ship out.

      Order: SKEC-US700936906 Date: 12/01/2023 Total: $595.59 Made an online order from Skechers back in December 1st for shoes for our upcoming Christmas trip. Never received any of them. I have been trying to get help from Skechers for the last 2 and a half months. They've had me wait longer and longer each time, and most times would never hear back until I reached out to them. After two months, they basically told me I'm on my own. $600 spent on this company for shoes for my family, and they don't care. If you're looking to buy from them online, DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK. Completely unacceptable from a big name brand such as Skechers.

      Nice to know that your company refuses to help. I would not have been wasting my time these past few months if this wasn't an issue. All I wanted were my products from my order, but I see that isn't going to happen. I'd like to get my money back now to get past this finally, yet you still refuse to help with that. You as a company are refusing to accept responsibility, and it is unacceptable. If y'all are really not willing to give me my money back, then I will make sure my experience is shared through reviews in multiple platforms, and through social media. I will also contact the news about how Skechers decides to SCAM their customers. People need to know about this. Then, I will dispute this with my bank.

      Hello,

      After further investigating this complaint and request we have noted that there is no verbal confirmation with the customer and our customer care team. Additionally, the declined claims from the two carriers, and proof of delivery indicate that the packages were delivered to the address on the order. Therefore, we are unable to provide a refund for the merchandise.

      I am rejecting this response:
      You said there was no communication between me and the customer service?? I have a whole string of replies by email that spans a few weeks, months actually. It was a bunch of wasted time as Skechers has terrible customer service. Even now, trying to get a resolution from them is a huge waste of time and money.
      I'll make sure everyone knows about your abysmal so called "customer service". Thanks for taking my money and having nothing to show for it.

      bought a pair of Skecher's Golf shoes last April. The tops are cracking on both shoes after less than a year of service. Very poor quality, but I like the fit and the turn k*** for tightening. Never had this problem with FJ shoes.
