    Attached are details of the contest I do not want to submit my screenplay to. I asked that they cancel it, but they just ignore my wishes via online and email.

    The issues I have with Stage 32 are trifold: (1) they have been unresponsive via the only method of communication they offer (email), (2) they took monies for (and refuse to refund) membership to The Writers Room against my will, (3) they failed to restore my account access at all (which would have resolved all my other issues).I have repeatedly reached out to their IT Support and ****************** teams because I was unable to access my account. They have a two-step verification process in which they will send a access code to your email. I would never receive the code via email. I initiated this process several times, checked junk mail, even checked via my husbands computer to rule out user error. My initial contact to ********************** IT Support was 3/25/2025 because I wanted to access my 2023 invoices. During the next two months, I reached out at least four times. They sent the 2023 invoices, but never fixed my IT/access problem. I didnt have any more time/bandwidth to devote to chasing them, so I gave up until the following year, when I needed the same information.I went through the process all over again, not receiving the one-time code via email to access my account, and then emailing them several times about it, with no response. But they dont seem to have a problem sending me marketing emails to get me to buy additional services from them. This time, I told them that I had wanted to access my account so that I could cancel my subscription because Ive been wasting my money. They said they would refund me the monies I was charged for their services this past year (2024). They kept that promise. But the very next day, 2/4/2025, they charged me for one month of membership again! I have requested a refund from Stage 32 for $39.00, according to their promise to refund me the monies I didnt want to pay them. They have continued to ignore my emails, cancelled my account, and have not refunded me the last $39.00. I want my $39.00!

    I paid $24.50 on January 29 for an online course that was never delivered. When I go to the website, I get a message that says "We did not find any purchases linked to this account.If you think this is in error, please make sure you are logged in using the same email address as the one provided during the purchase."I've sent emails to Stage32 requesting the course I was charged for. After a week, I was told to contact the support email instead. I did and haven't heard back. After a week, I sent another email saying I've been charged for an online course that was never delivered and if I don't hear back or get the course by the end of the week, I'll file a complaint with BBB. I really wanted this class to help me find work and I'm very low on money and can't afford to pay for an online course that's never delivered.

    I accepted a promotional of a free month of the Writer's Room services. It was to end on the 24th of November. On the 20th of November, I attempted to cancel on their website. To cancel they were supposed to email a code to use. I tried twice but never received a code. So, I emailed them at *********************************** ************************************** and *********************************** They didn't respond then on the 25th they charged my credit card. 11/25/2024 STAGE 32 LLC ********** AZ $39.00 When they finally responded, they said they'd stop charging me in the future but wouldn't refund my money incorrectly stating that I didn't contact them before the deadline, which I had. On online reviews, others said they had be scammed the same way.
