    my car was towed by phantom recovery Saturday, 21st at 12 AM. They told me I will be able to pick my car up next day. They gave me paperwork, but it had the wrong information. I dont know where my car is. I dont know who has my car I just know that phantom recovery picked up my car I, ****** their information. Ive been trying to call them since Saturday and no ones been answering. It feels like this is false information they gave me and they stolen my car. Please give me advice on what to do or please help me reach out to Find Phantom recovery to see about my car.

    The R/O was told that we work by strict appointment for the next business day after we receive the release only and that she will not be given the location until the payments was made and we receive the release.  She kept on calling trying to get the location and she was told the same thing over and over.  We did not receive the release until 5 days after the vehicle was repossessed and once, we received it we called her back and she stated that she had no way to retrieve the vehicle from us and there for needed us to deliver it back to her.  We delivered the vehicle back to her.

     Deliver is not part of a repossession and we will sometime deliver if the customers have no other transportation or way to get the vehicle from our storage location.

    On 8/30/24 at around 3:30am ******* and Her son ****** came to pick up my jeep. When they came to the house ******* knocked so hard and once I opened the door she said she was repoing my jeep and needed the keys and for me to take my Sh*t out. She proceeded to cus Infront of my 5 year old making my son cry and scared. As we are getting our stuff out my daughter asked ******* to stop cussing because she was scaring my son. ******* kept cussing at my daughter calling her names and threatening her. Her son ****** got down from the truck and started to scream out racial slurs to us. My daughter was between the machine and the jeep when ****** lifted the truck an dried to drive away. ******* and my daughter in law scared to scream because he was about to drive off while between the tow truck and jeep. ******* refused to get off the property and requested several times. We filed a report with the police based of what Happened. Due to the fear ****** screaming outside our house saying he will be back because he knew were we live.

    The customer neglected to keep her financial responsibilities and there for we were asked to repossess the vehicle.  We went to the residence and picked up the vehicle from the R/O we observed a car seat and a purse in the car, so I knocked on the door and asked her if she wanted to remove the stuff from the vehicle, before we leave and also to save her the release fee that she would need to pay in order to get the personal property from the vehicle at my office.  She said yes and came outside, to remove the stuff, her grown children came outside, yelling and screaming, that we need to come at normal hours and that they will pay the next day.  I video recorded the incident and the son kept on calling my agent a N***** AND THREATENED TO SHOOT US.  

    I had asked the agent to put the vehicle down on the ground so it would be easier for the mom to access the personal property and a small child run out and up to the car and I was afraid he would get hurt and that when I screamed for the agent to hear me, STOP, THERE IS A SMALL CHILD. The one daughter kept on yelling and cursing and running her mouth, so I told her to she did not need to be a B**** since we did not have to knock and allow her mom to get the property out. 

    They have surveillance cameras all around the property and they need to supply the proof where I was cursing at the R/O.  The brother is the one who said he will find out where we live and he will come there with his "hommies" and f*** us up and the agent responded, remember I also know where you live.

    After the R/O removed the property, we left and the finance company auction the vehicle off.
