    On July 14th, I delivered my SUV to midas for an AC repair. Expected to be a 2 or 3 day fix. As days past, I call to get an update on my vehicle. I get told it's going to be a few more days. As a few more days pass, I am not called back, I continually have to call to get an update, and throughout the month. It's supposed to be ready in "2 or 3 days," but then 5 days pass and I still get no call, I call for an update, and once again I'm giving a date, the date passes by and then some, I call, Givin a new date, rinse repeat.This is the pattern that will go on for the next 5 weeks.Not once has midas called me to give me an update, or to let me know that the day of completion will be extended before hand. Iexplained to them that that vehicle is my lively hood and i depend upon it to go to work. On August 11th exactly 1 month of them having it. I talk to the owner, who advised me they already put 30hrs into the car, may not be able to fix it. And at 12pm they will put it back together and give it back. I don't receive any further communication. 7 days later, I show up unannounced, to find my suv severely damaged on the door, scratched on the side panels and covered in grease in the interior. The owner then admitted he spent nearly 40hrs trying to fix it. (1hr a day or 1 day a week) he admitted being responsible to the damaged caused and told me to exchange insurance. I took the key and drove off. I now have engine lights on. At the end of the day, I have been stressed about not having my SUV. It has caused me loss pay at work. They essentially kept my car from me, and done more damage to it without fixing it. And refused to take it to another shop, or compensate for my time loss, and experience. My car was damaged inside and out and I was not called and told about it. 37 days for the interior to be greased up, and unfinished. 37 days of me having uncertainty of making it to work, my kids to school. He has been rude, and I felt extremely uncomfortable throughout this.

    TECH DID DAMAGE CUSTOMER TRUCK AT LEFT FRONT DOOR WHEN BACKING OUT OF STALL.CUSTOMER WAS VERY UPSET AND WANTED HIS KEYS BACK. TRUCK WAS IN PROCESS OF DIAGNOSIS AND TRUCK WAS NOT ALL PUT TOGETHER. WHEN TRUCK WAS BROUGHT IN RADIO AND PASSENGER SIDE AIR BAG WERE REMOVED PRIOR BY CUSTOMER.TRUCK WAS TAKEN TO A BODY SHOP AND AS OF 8/28. I'M STILL WAITING FOR AN ESTIMATE FROM THE BODY SHOP FOR THE  REPAIR SO I CAN DEICED IF I WILL FILE A CLAIM WITH MY INSURANCE ( FARMERS ) OR PAY OUT OF POCKET.
