      Disgusting service We were new to this company and I should have gone elsewhere due to the horrid reviews but figured since their name was on the tank we would just call them.When setting up our account we were told we would receive a 200 dollar credit on our first service (Which we never got)No one explained they needed to send a tech out to inspect the system and propane would not be delivered on that day and we were running low as not much was left in the tank when we rented our place of living.After multiple phone calls to the company, we finally got our propane, and when the invoice came the bill was astronomically higher than what was told over the phone. Come to find out the propane that was in the tank was not paid for and we are being charged for that as well as what was delivered. Again no one told us any of this when setting up an account so needless to say this is the only time we will ever use this company and moving forward will never do business with Kamps or Superior as they are not even close to Superior in their business practice.After many more phone calls as customer service says they will call you back but never do (horrid business practice) we are now told you only get a 200 dollar credit when you get more than a total of 300 gallons of propane so what was told ***** over the phone originally does not apply to us because we only got 100 gallons which was made clear to the company when setting up our account that we only need 100 gallons at this time. Had they been clear on their practices we would have shopped around and most likely gone elsewhere for our service.We are completely disgusted by the manner in which this business takes advantage of the customer and will never use this company EVER again.I suggest if you read this review you do your research so you don't get taken advantage of like we did and stay FAR FAR AWAY from Kamps and Superior propane.
