    I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue that requires immediate action. It has come to my attention that a specific user, ********************* , has been repeatedly violating our app's policies on sexual harassment and retaliation.Several users have reported instances of inappropriate behavior and retaliation by this user against individuals who have courageously come forward with their experiences of harassment. Such behavior not only undermines the trust and safety of our community but also creates a hostile environment for those affected.Given the severity and persistence of these violations, I strongly urge you to take decisive action and remove their profile from the app. It is imperative that we uphold our commitment to providing a safe and respectful environment for all users, and allowing ***** to continue their behavior is contrary to this goal.I trust that you will conduct a thorough investigation into these reports and take appropriate action in accordance with our community guidelines. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.Thank you for your commitment to maintaining the integrity of our community.

         This is in response to the complaint we received from the BBB concerning a ********************* from ************* about sexual harassment and retaliation. Not sure where his information came from, but we are a ********************** in *********. There is a site that is also called Lox Club which is a dating site, but that's not us. We get calls periodically to complain about the other Lox Club. We don't know anything about them, only that they are a dating site and have the same name. Feel free to look at our website and you will see there is no connection to this complaint. Before this goes against our Lox Club, we'd like to see proof that this complaint is for our ************ The complainant goes on to say he trusts that you will do a thorough investigation into these reports and to take appropriate action. Before our name gets dragged down because we have the same name as someone else and without looking into this, we get a complaint and just like that, it's a true statement, which it isn't. There are many people and companies with the same name, but the complaint should go to the correct violator. We've been a *********** for over 59 years. We'd appreciate this complaint being removed from our company.   Thank you for your time and we look forward to this being corrected and you are able to locate the correct party.
