    I order 15lbs of sockeye salmon from their website. Their website says "Ships Flash Frozen to Preserve Freshness, Flavor and Nutrients" and "We take pride in our meticulous processing methods, ensuring that our seafood is handled with utmost care. From swift processing to rapid freezing, we pack our products in dry ice and deliver them right to your door. This means your order will arrive at the perfect temperature, guaranteeing a prolonged shelf-life and maximum freshness.". Their website also says 100% satisfaction guarantee "But that's not all - we stand behind every purchase with our unwavering 100% satisfaction guarantee. If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will refund, replace or exchange any item that doesnt arrive in perfect condition. "When my order came (order #****) my salmon was not individually packed, but came in a giant plastic trash bag filled with air, and with frost all over the salmon. They were all freezer burned. I immediately vacuum sealed them myself to hopefully remedy this issue but when I cooked few pieces the next day for **************************************************** the next day they had brown burn marks from freezer burn and tasted rancid. I immediately called their customer service phone number listed on their website ******************), they phone is dead "this person can not accept calls at this time, we're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause". So I emailed them, but received no response, emailed again and again (3 times total) with no response, even submitted copy of email through the contact form on their website. I even tried calling again and again on different days/hours.
