    I would give a zero of it was possible. I had a painting packaged and delivered to a collector this past December 2022. The painting arrived destroyed and the box had a huge boot print in the middle of it. I paid for insurance to cover the value of the painting never expecting that Id have to file a claim but unfortunately I did. Since I filed the claim Ive made countless visits to the store and made many phone calls asking about the check. I also had to send another painting of equal value to my collector so now Im in the hole for double the value! All I get is a runaround at The ************** Store #**** and they always say the manager *** is unavailable when I call. He never calls me back either. I guess they think Ill just give up eventually but that is not the case. I plan now to take them to small claims court snd even call all the local news stations to file a consumer complaint and hopefully get them to do a news story to bring attention to this unscrupulous owner ********************* and his store *** #****. Dont do business with this store if you want to ship anything of value!
