    I had initially bought a workout package from ****** that was $600 - I went through the program and signed up for a second round. I put up $300 to hold my spot on April 26th 2024 and she responded and confirmed. I reached out on July 4th ************************************************************************ She responded on July 24th and said thats fine and to send her a zelle payment request. I sent it to her the same day and let her know. 2 weeks later I get an email that the ***** request has expired. Since then I have been consistently emailing her over and over and she is not responding. It is now October - I dont know what to do, I keep emailing her but no one responds.

    I found *********************** online on Instagram advertising her 8 week program. I decided to reach out to her August 22, 2022 to be apart of the program. She reached out to me the same day describing the fitness program and how much it costs ($699) and that I can do partial payments (2 payments - $350 & $349). I said I wanted to do the October 8 week program along with doing the partial payments. The first payment I sent was $350 to her CashApp ($SumeetFit) was immediate. I reached back out to her on August 23rd,2022, letting her know that I sent the payment. She did not reply to my message so I waited and on August 26th, I reached out again to let her know that payment was sent. Still no reply about the payment or her sending the questionnaire (which is supposed to be sent immediately to me after the 1st partial payment). From August 23rd until September 30th, I have sent multiple emails to her asking about the money and asking for a refund. She has ignored me, blocked me on Instagram, and canceled my refund request on CashApp. I have email ************** IG ************** ************* of me requesting a refund and her declining it.
