    I order ****** tennis shoes on November *******,for the amount of ******,from Sizzen,on line. I went through ******,they issue me a **** card for the amount of ******. The next day Sizzen informed me that it was out of stock,the company informed me they were going to issue me a refund. I was very happy and got the shoes elsewhere for Christmas. To this day I have never received the refund ,I have been e-mailing them and they inform me its the bank,I also been call Affirm, and checking. They have not received a refund. Not happywith this company, I just want them to be accountable for their action. I been calling this number **************, the company using ***** Wedding Designs **********************************************, thier site is Sizzen

    I ordered a pair of shoes for my niece and when I came it was not authentic. I reached out to the company and they were hesitant to return the product until I told them it was fake they decided to refund. They told me to send it back to the address which was in ***** that cost me $65 to ship back. I reach out to them to let them know to refund my money asap and that I need to be reimbursed for the $65 because they are advertising fake products. The company was very rude, told me its my problem. I would like my refund and be reimbursed for the shipment.

    I purchased a pair of soccer cleats for my daughter on Sizzen.com on May 19, 2024. They arrived a couple weeks later and when my daughter tried them on they were too small. I emailed Sizzen.com to initiate the return and refund process. At that point I was asked to send pictures of the order acknowledgement, shipping label, and the actual cleats. Then I was asked to send a picture of the cleats next to another shoe of the same size so they could compare which I thought was an absolute ridiculous request, but I did it anyway. Then Sizzen.com customer service responded and said they need a picture of the new cleat next to a cleat of the same size which I obviously didn't have because that's why I ordered these ones in the first place. They said they would not be able to refund my money because of this. When I emailed back stating that I was going to get the BBB and my bank involved as well as discuss this issue with my lawyer the finally emailed back saying the refund was being processed and I would see the credit back on my credit card within 7-15 days. This was sent on June 5, 2024. Today is June 26 and I still haven't received my refund. I email Sizzen.com asking about it and they say I need to be patient. This company appears to be a complete scam and I'd like to warn other people not to do business with them. First and foremost however I am looking for help in getting my full refund for this purchase.

    i was looking for **** air jordans online and found the store sizen who advertised they sell the shoe. I looked up thier address, they state they have an office in ******, Ca but the show was shipped from *********. I looked up thier return policy and it states they offer refunds for shows that dont fit or damaged. I received the **** air jordans, they have a really bad plastic chemical smell and they dont fit properly. They seem to be fake plastic **** air jordans. I reached out the company to let them know of the smell and size and they replied that they dont offer refunds. I sent them a screen shot of their website stating they do and they still replied they dont offer refunds. I also received a fake paypal receipt via email, when i tried to contact them via the mail they used on pay pal, i receied a message that that email address is not valid. I paid ****** for these shoes and would like a refund.
