    In May of 2022, I signed a contract with Absolute Air for a new Air Conditioning System. This contract included the promise of rebates for the new Air Conditioner and for the aluminum ductwork.Mr. *********************** told me that the rebate may take up to 90 days to process. Since the end of August 2022, I have called ******************, and emailed/called the Absolute Air office and I have neither received updates or the rebates. The total rebate was at least $2000.00 for the unit and $1500.00 for the ductwork. Because my calls and emails have not been returned and I have no update on the status of the rebate I am respectfully requesting the full amount of the rebate as soon as possible. It has been 6 months since the work was completed. Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

    Hello,

     

    I found the complete work order and want to update you on the amount of rebate: 

     

    The rebate listed on the work order for the ** Unit is $1000.00

    The rebate listed on the work order for the aluminum ductwork is $100.00

     

    The discussion I had with ****************** was that the rebates would likely be higher.  However, in reading over the work order I noted that the rebates are 
    listed as "anticipated."  

     

    I apologize for providing you with incorrect information and want to adjust my proposed outcome to what is written on the work order which is a total of $1100.00
